
I work part time job at bar Tukinosizuku月の雫.
Main dish is tofu. Tukinozizuku recommend is Hikiagesukuidouhu(引き上げ掬い豆腐). It is handmade fresh tohu. It is brand new made warm tofu.
I recommend is Ebi to kuri-mu chi-zu no yuba maki age(海老とクリームチーズの湯葉巻上げ). It is wrapped a shrimp, cheese and a white fish in dried bean curds.
All members are good person in my part time job. Manager is very kind. members are good friends. Chief give me dessert often. I like Tukinosizuku.
