Hairspray

Hairspray is a lively musical set in 1962 Baltimore, USA, at a time of racial segregation. Tracy is a refreshing teenager whose favorite pastime is watching the Corny Collins show, a singing and dancing television programmer which showcases high school students. She is fatty and tiny.
Tracy has great courage in overcoming both racial prejudices to gain her spot on the show and achieve racial integration on the programmer.


This movie is amusing and appeal for racial discrimination. Tracy of the main character is fat, but she is very pretty. and good singer. Fatty girl became main character. The person is not appearance. I cheered up at watching story.
